PaidWrite pilot program

How it works

• You send us a list of email addresses for the folks who'll be testing — office staff, foremen, owners. Personal Gmail / Hotmail / Yahoo addresses are fine; PaidWrite never assumes everyone on a crew shares a company domain.
• We provision a shared free-scan pool for your team — typically 50 to 500 scans depending on team size and how many documents you process per week.
• Each team member installs the app and links their email. Their device automatically connects to the team's pool — no admin invites, no SSO setup, no separate accounts.
• When the pool is consumed, individual members fall back to their personal 3-scan trial, then to standard pay-as-you-go pricing ($2 per page). There's no surprise bill at the end.

What we ask in return

• Tell us when the app gets in the way. False positives, confusing copy, missing document types, missing California statutes — all of it. We ship fixes within the week.
• If you find PaidWrite useful, mention us to other contractors. That's the entire growth strategy.

What we won't do

• Sell your scan history to a data broker. Your documents are processed in memory and discarded — see security.
• Lock you into a contract. Pilots are time-boxed, no obligation on either side.
