Email-to-scan

Forward the document. Get the analysis.

Already living in email all day? Send any lien waiver, COI, W-9, or SDS to scan@email.paidwrite.app and get a plain-English risk review back in about 30 seconds.

  1. 1

    Forward the document

Send the email (with the document attached as PDF, PNG, JPG, or HEIC) to scan@email.paidwrite.app from the email address tied to your account.

  2. 2

    Add an optional subject

Use the subject line to give us context: "Lien waiver — GC asking for unconditional final" or "ACORD 25 from new sub". We use it to tailor the analysis. No subject? We auto-detect the document type.

  3. 3

    Get the analysis back

In about 30 seconds you'll receive a reply with a plain-English risk summary, flagged clauses, and an action checklist. The original attachment is processed in memory and discarded.

  4. 4

    Reply to ask follow-ups

Reply to the analysis email with questions ("Is this conditional or unconditional?", "Does this COI list the right additional insured?"). Threaded follow-ups are billed at the same per-page rate.

Frequently asked questions

What document types work?
PDFs, PNGs, JPGs, and HEIC photos work today. Pages must be legible — no shadows over signatures, no rotated text. We support up to 25 MB per email.
Can I forward attachments from someone else's email?
No. The "from" address must match your PaidWrite account. This protects you against impersonation and protects us from processing documents we don't have a relationship to.
Is the email channel private?
Yes. Email is processed by the same in-memory pipeline as the app — the attachment is analyzed and discarded. We do retain the redacted analysis result for your account history. See our security page for details.
How fast is "fast"?
Median response time is under 30 seconds for a single-page lien waiver. Multi-page COIs and SDS bundles take 60–90 seconds.
